Refund policy

Currently, we are only accepting returns or exchanges for processing errors on our end up until shipping. Once an item is in transit, it is out of our hands. Make sure to correctly input your shipping information. 

Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. After that, the funds will be counted for production and cannot be canceled.
